MNA’s mission is to inspire a sense of love and responsibility for the beauty and diversity of the Colorado Plateau through collecting, studying, interpreting, and preserving the region’s natural and cultural heritage. MNA offers classes and lectures on natural systems and people of the Colorado Plateau, and a great education program for all ages. MNA’s Colton Community Garden is in its fifth year. Flagstaff Foodlink offers support in starting up youth and community gardens, local food production and healthy nutrition enterprises, and serves as an umbrella 501c (3) organization for healthy local food and nutrition-related projects throughout northern Arizona. Summer internships and volunteer opportunities are available. Willow Bend Environmental Education Center.
