Mountain Meadow Farm Tours

Note: Tours no longer given, until further notice.

Arrange a farm tour. Experience our small urban farm and bioshelter on a guided private educational tour – a unique opportunity in Flagstaff. We no longer offer prearranged private individual or group tours and field trips for schools, clubs, adult classes etc. In addition to tours, we can help arrange a variety of presentations and workshops with professionals/experts in that field for your group or class. Topics include:

  • Vegetable and Herb Gardening or Market Farming
  • Native and Low-Water Landscaping and Flower Gardening
  • Composting and Redworm composting
  • Sustainable Building
  • Green Homes and Greenhouses
  • Season Extenders and four-season growing
  • Water and Grey Water Collection and Use Systems
  • Hobby Bee-keeping
  • Poultry and other Fowl Raising and Care
  • Slow Food - good, clean and fair food systems
  • Permaculture
